Over the Umbrella on wednesdays we wear black shirt and by the same token and past few weeks, the COVID-19 vaccination rollout in the U.S. has hit many key milestones, from passing the threshold of 100 million vaccinations with at least one shot administered to the news this month that all American adults were now eligible to receive their first jab. Yet as a possible return to normality inches ever closer, the focus has turned not just to delivering those final vaccines but also to those who are either refusing or undecided as to whether to take one at all.
